2008-09 Reservation Policy

Please read!
Reservations for LRSC functions must be made prior
to every event. You can make your reservation
through the form below. You must reserve your
seat/place at the event, as well as reserve
childcare for your child/children.
Reservation Cancellations
We do
understand that something may come up between Monday
afternoon and the morning of the function. If this
is the case and you can no longer attend the
function, please call Amanda Cook at 983-0185 as soon as
possible to let her know. If we are unable to fill
your spot we will have to send you a bill for your
meal, as we have to pay the
club for that meal.
Thank you for your cooperation with our reservations
policy. Please let Amanda know if you have
any questions.
2008-09 Playgroup Policy
--
Please read!
This year playgroup for daytime functions will be
offered for the small fee of four dollars per
child. Children under the age of six months are
welcome at the function. You must request playgroup
when you RSVP for that month’s function.
Playgroup
is limited to daytime functions. |
